Lighthouse Park is a park nestled across the water from UBC looking out onto the inlet, downtown and the islands of Howe Sound. Moored tankers and speed boats make the water lap up onto the logs and rocks jammed onto the rocky outcrop, making this the perfect place for a sunset picnic. There are a few trails of varying lengths that wind through the circular park, all ending at the National Historic Site of the Point Atkinson Lighthouse.
