Returns Policy

All prints are printed on demand and thus are not eligible for returns.

If you are unsatisfied with the quality of the print, or your order arrives defective or damaged, please get in touch within two weeks (14 days) of receiving your print. Include your order number, contact details and visual proof of your concern. We'll do everything we can to investigate and, if you are eligible, we will arrange for a free replacement print to be shipped out to you. We may contact you to clarify the issues raised.

Please note, while we do our utmost to ensure the highest quality prints, printing is a chemical process and multiple factors can influence the colour, consistency and final result: machine type, machine settings, paper types, humidity in the room, and when the machine was last cleaned, for example. Variations that may occur due to the afore-mentioned reasons lie within acceptable tolerance levels and are not covered under our quality guarantee.

If your print does not arrive within three weeks (21 days) of the estimated delivery date, please get in touch.
