My obsession with smoothie bowls is no secret - I have a smoothie bowl for breakfast every single day! They're filling and are full of good, yummy, healthy things.
Ingredients in Order of Use
Non-food items: Magic Bullet blender, bowl, spoon
Smoothie: frozen berries, ground almonds, flax seed powder, all-bran oats, Greek yogurt, cinnamon, water
Toppings: banana, granola, sliced almonds, Greek yogurt chips, hemp seeds, chia seeds, honey
How to Make a Smoothie Bowl
Fill your Magic Bullet half way with frozen berries, a spoonful of ground almonds, a spoonful of flax powder, two spoonfuls of all-bran or rolled oats, two spoons of Greek yogurt and a sprinkle of cinnamon. Add water to cover the dry ingredients. Blend!
Empty the contents into a bowl, then add your favourite toppings! Fruit, granola, sliced almonds, chia seeds, hemp seeds, Greek yogurt chips, honey...the options are endless!
