cypress falls hike

I had surgery two weeks ago which is exciting, but it also means I can’t exercise for 6-8 weeks which is not so exciting. Given that I’m not going to be in the gym anytime soon, I still wanted to get outside and do something I loved so I found a relatively easy 3km hike on the Vancouver trails website that I thought I could handle.

I went by myself and left my house around 7:45am and enjoyed a beautiful morning in the fog up at Cypress Falls in West Vancouver. The instructions I used (find them here) were very easy to follow, although there’s a bit about crossing the bridge which I would skip. There isn’t much to see beyond what you see on the first side of the trail.
