how to spend a day in brighton

If you’re in search of a seaside escape while in the UK, one of the best places is Brighton, a lovely town south of London on the coast. Small white houses line the streets leading away from the beach and at the waterfront, there’s a large water park where I spent many hours as a youngster fooling around as well as a large pebbled beach.

One can wander along the boardwalk with the open shops, souvenir stores and fish and chip restaurants towards the famous Brighton Pier chock full of rides, arcade games and proper theme park foods. Away from the beach you can wander through the Pavilion with it’s middle eastern exterior and vibrantly coloured park through to the Lanes of quaint shops nestled quite tightly in and amongst each other.

Whatever your fancy, sunny Brighton has something for you!
